This was caused by outdated and then not updated mods after patch 10. The only real fix it seems is to go into the data folder and delete all the files that are from your mods while trying not to delete any legit game files. ![]() Got this off of reddit. If the launcher doesn't start, delete every mod file (be careful not to delete necessary game files) in 'data' folder of Rome II. Start launcher and delete everything in mod manager, go back to data folder and make sure to delete any reinstalled mods as a result of opening the launcher.
